I love it when my job is done in part by my students!

In this case, Scott sent me an interesting link from the Ottawa Citizen about concrete and recent innovations in how to monitor it as it cures. Check it out:

There is so much good stuff out there and none of you can expect me to keep on top of it all. Although I know that I am the teacher and am “supposed” to inform you of all the things you need to know regarding carpentry…the reality is that I do not know everything and those of you who have gone through any given module with me can attest to the mistakes I regularly make.  In fact, one of the favourite parts of my day is when we learn something together as a class or when you can teach me something on an individual basis.

Thanks, Scott, for the info…I hope more of you will help keep me current!!
